Bear taps All American technical expertise

Bear Power supplies has signed All American Semiconductor to handle its standard line of rugged miniature AC/DC power convertors for commercial, medical and industrial applications.All American Semiconductor has signed a global distribution agreement with Bear Power Supplies. All American will market, stock and distribute Bear's standard line of rugged miniature AC/DC power convertors for commercial, medical and industrial applications. Bear's encapsulated power modules feature long life and high reliability over a wide -40 to +70C operating temperature range.

They are available from 5 to 30W, with universal input (90 to 264V AC) and single output from 3.3 to 48V.

All feature active inrush current limiting for long life and fewer nuisance fuse failures or tripped breakers.
